The Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior has ensured the peaceful and democratic atmosphere during the pre-election period for the local elections in the Republic of Srpska and prevented any major incidents. The police officers have successfully secured 297 public assemblies during the pre-elections campaign, 100 of which were held in the open and 197 outdoors, and the police responded timely to all reports or findings that might pose a threat in this period.
