THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HIGH SCHOOL OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS VISITED MILITARY GRAMMAR SCHOOL IN BELGRADE

The management of the High School of the Internal Affairs visited the Military Grammar School in Belgrade in order to learn about the system of secondary military education in the Republic of Serbia, as well as the experiences and challenges faced by the Military Grammar School in Belgrade, considering the similarities of the concept and the model of the secondary education of the Military Grammar School and the High School of Internal Affairs.
The delegation of the High School of Internal Affairs was received by the head of the Military Grammar School, lieutenant colonel Blagoje Ćatić with his associates, and on that occasion, they represented the system of secondary military education of the Republic of Serbia as well as the organization and scope of activities of the Military Grammar School.
The capacities for the realization of classes of physical education were presented at the sports center of the Military Grammar School. Teachers and students presented an illustrative class of sport games and athletics. After that, guests also visited the air shooting range of the Military High School ’1,300 kaplara’. The guests were greeted by the head of the School, battleship captain, Srđan Miljković, with his associates and introduced them to the activities and the activities of the shooting section. The capacities of the board accommodation for students, library and the reading room within the boarding school of the Military Grammar School were also presented to the delegation of the High School of the Internal Affairs.
The head of the Military Academy, colonel Associate Professor, Srđan Blagojević, PhD, with his associates greeted the delegation of the High School of the Internal Affairs and invited them to visit the Military Academy as well, in future.
The members of the delegation of the High School of the Internal Affairs were pleased with the presented contents and the capacities of the Military Grammar School, and were grateful to for having the opportunity to visit the Military Grammar School, a school with half-a-century-long tradition, and to learn about their experience, work and capacities of this military secondary education institution.
The visit itself was fruitful – ideas have already emerged for amending and improving the teaching and education process in the High School of the Internal Affairs through the experience and work methods that were observed and noted during the visit to the Military Grammar School.
