Mr Stjepan Terzić was born on 27 April 1972 in Tuzla, BIH. He graduated from the Higher School of Internal Affairs in Banja Luka, thus becoming an LL.B. in internal affairs. He has been employed with the Ministry of the Interior since 1 April 2002. Up till today, he has performed tasks at the following positions: inspector at the Police unit for protecting persons on the move, assistant to the Bijeljina Police Station Commander, crime police inspector at the Crime police division of Bijeljina PSC, Police support unit commander, and the head of the Police sector at Bijeljina Police Administration. He is married and father of two children. He started performing tasks of the Head of Bijeljina Police Administration on 11 September 2020..
