POLICE ADMINISTRATION BANJA LUKA

Head of the Center

Đurica Vukelić was born on 3 May 1982 in Banja Luka. He finished the Secondary School of Internal Affairs in 2001 in Banja Luka. He graduated from the Police College in 2008, and became Bachelor of Law in Internal Affairs.
Mr Vukelić has been employed with the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior since 2001. He performed tasks on the following positions: inspector for VIP protection at the Police unit for VIP protection, assistant commander at the Police unit for VIP protection, deputy commander at the Police unit for VIP protection and the commander of Laktaši Police Station.
He was appointed the head of Banja Luka Police Administration since March 2023.

Head of the Center

Mr Slobodan Radinković was born on July 8, 1975 in Banja Luka. He completed his elementary education in Banja Luka, and Secondary School of Internal Affairs in Banja Luka in 1995. After that, in 1998 he graduated from the Higher School of Interior, followed by graduation at the College of the Interior, where he acquired the academic title of graduate in internal affairs law. He is married, father of two children. He has been employed with the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior since 1995, where he carried out the following duties and assignments: police officer in Police Station Center, Assistant to Commander of PS Center, Deputy Commander of PS Center, Commander of PS Obilićevo and PS Lazarevo, Deputy Head of PSC Banja Luka and Deputy Head of the Administration for protecting persons and buildings of the RS MoI. He assumed the duty of Head of Police Administration Doboj on January 25, 2019.

Mr Stjepan Terzić was born on 27 April 1972 in Tuzla, BIH. He graduated from the Higher School of Internal Affairs in Banja Luka, thus becoming an LL.B. in internal affairs. He has been employed with the Ministry of the Interior since 1 April 2002. Up till today, he has performed tasks at the following positions: inspector at the Police unit for protecting persons on the move, assistant to the Bijeljina Police Station Commander, crime police inspector at the Crime police division of Bijeljina PSC, Police support unit commander, and the head of the Police sector at Bijeljina Police Administration. He is married and father of two children. He started performing tasks of the Head of Bijeljina Police Administration on 11 September 2020..

Mr. Branimir Šehovac was born on November 4, 1978 in Sarajevo. He completed his elementary and secondary education in Ilidža. He graduated from the Police College in Banja Luka in 2003, and then Police College of Interior and specialist studies, acquiring the professional title of graduate in law in internal affairs – specialist in police work. Married, father of three children. He has been employed with the RS Ministry of the Interior since 2003. In the previous period he carried out the following duties and assignments: Crime Police Inspector in PSC Istočno Sarajevo, Deputy Commander of PS Istočno Sarajevo, Commander of PS Istočno Sarajevo, Chief of Uniformed Police Department of PSC Istočno Sarajevo, Chief of Police Sector PSC Istočno Sarajevo, Deputy Chief of PSC Istočno Sarajevo, Chief of Police Sector of PA Istočno Sarajevo. He has been appointed as the Chief of PA Istočno Sarajevo on July 1, 2018.

Head of the Center

Mr Siniša Laketa was born on 13 June 1980 in Mostar. He finished the Secondary School of the Interior in Banja Luka, and after that, he continued his education at the Faculty for Security and Protection in Banja Luka, Department for Security and Criminalistics. He has been employed with the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior since 2000, and he started as a policeman at Nevesinje Police Station. Since then, he has performed tasks and activities of assistant commander, deputy commander and the commander of Nevesinje Police Station, and the head of Police Sector at Trebinje Police Administration. On 25 January 2019, he was appointed head of Trebinje Police Administration.

POLICE ADMINISTRATION PRIJEDOR

Head of the Center

Dragan Milojica was born on 22 January 1981 in Prijedor, BIH. He finished Secondary School of Internal Affairs in 1999 in Banja Luka, and in 2005, he completed Police Academy in Belgrade and became graduate police officer.
Mr Milojica was employed with the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior on 1 July 1999 as an intern, but he interrupted it in order to enroll Police Academy. After graduating from the Academy, he was employed again as an intern at Banja Luka Public Security Centre. In 2007, he became crime police inspector at the Division for countering economic crime at Prijedor Public Security Station, and he performed tasks at this position until 2009, when he became deputy commander at Prijedor 1 Police Station. Four years later, he became the commander of Prijedor 1 PS, and in 2015, he became the head of the Police Sector at Prijedor PSC. In April 2016, he became the commander of Kozarska Dubica PS, and from the same year until 2023, he performed tasks as general jurisdiction police inspector at Police Sector of Prijedor Police Administration.
Mr Milojica was appointed the head of Prijedor Police Administration in March 2023.

Mr Aleksandar Vasiljević was born on 19 July 1973 in Zvornik. He graduated from the Higher School of Internal Affairs in Banja Luka, thus becoming an LL.B. in internal affairs. He has been employed with the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior since 2000. In the former period, he had performed the following tasks: crime police inspector, assistant to the commander of the Police Station for traffic safety at PSS Zvornik, deputy to the commander of the Police Station for traffic safety at PSS Zvornik, commander of the Police Station for traffic safety at PSS Zvornik, head of Department for traffic police in PSS Zvornik and deputy to the head of Zvornik PA. He started performing duties of the head of Zvornik Police Administration on 15 August 2019.

Head of the Police Administration

Slobodan Torbica was born on 29 August 1974 in Munich, Federal Republic of Germany. After finishing Grammar School in Gradiška, he continued his education at Police College in Banja Luka and became law graduate in Internal Affairs. After finishing Higher School of Internal Affairs, he became Bachelor of Law in Internal Affairs.
He has been employed with the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior since 1994, and has performed tasks on the following positions: policeman, head of the first category sector, crime police inspector, head of Crime police division in Gradiška PS, deputy commander at Gradiška PS, commander of Gradiška PS. At Banja Luka PSC, he worked at the following positions: head of Police Sector, inspector at General Jurisdiction Police Unit at Uniformed Police Administration and inspector at the Unit for organized crime and narcotic drugs at the Administration for Serious and Organised Crime.
Mr Torbica was appointed head of Gradiška Police Administration in March 2023.

He previously performed the following duties and assignments: inspector for fight against narcotics, Chief of Group for fight against narcotics, Assistant Commander at the Police Station Mrkonjić Grad, Chief of Crime Police Department at the PSS Mrkonjić Grad and Chief of Police Security Station Mrkonjić Grad.
He has been acting as the Head of the Police Administration Gradiška since April 6, 2017.

Mr Velimir Kostović was born on September 19, 1975 in Foča. Married, father of three children. He finished secondary education in Foča, and he graduated from Police College in Belgrade – Zemun in 1999.
