The Republic of Srpska

Today, in Banja Luka, the Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr. Dragan Lukač, met with the Deputy Head of OSCE Mission, Mr. Alexander Chuplygin. Minister Lukač and Mr. Chuplygin discussed about the  implementation of  the document ’’Security policy of BiH’’. They agreed that the security policy should be more geared towards the local level, because it involved not only the police and the military sector, but also the sector of health, education, veterinary services, etc. In this context, the Citizen Safety Forum was observed bearing in mind that they were organized in multiple sectors and acted at the local level.
