The Republic of Srpska

The main conclusion of the meeting of the Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr. Darko Ćulum, and the Head of the OSCE Mission to BIH, Mr. Jonathan Moore, was that the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior and the OSCE Mission to BIH had a good cooperation and they would continue to develop it through different projects in future. Director Ćulum, to whom this was the first meeting with Mr. Moore since he was appointed the Republic of Srpska Police Director, introduced the OSCE delegation with the security situation on the territory of the Republic of Srpska. He said that the security situation was good and that no serious threats to security were recorded lately. ’’The priority  of our work in future is going to be the fight against terrorism, with a particular emphasis on prevention, and solving serious criminal cases committed lately’’, Mr. Ćulum said. In addition, he said that he would also work on improving the cooperation with police agencies in the country and beyond.
