Police officers of the Administration for Organized and Serious Crime of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior handed over Mr. Branislav Sekulović to the judge for the previous procedure of the Court of BIH for the extradition based on an international arrest warrant. A supplemental report against this person was submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office of BIH based on suspicion that he committed the criminal offence ‘’Illegal Trafficking’’ related to committing the criminal offences ‘’Forgery of Documents’’ and ‘’ Forgery or Destroying an Official Document’’. On Saturday, at the border crossing point Brod, members of the Border Police of BIH arrested  Mr. Mario Trivan, after whom the Ministry of the Interior issued the arrest warrant, after which he was handed over to the competence of the Administration for Organized and Serious Crime of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, since the search warrant was issued for the travel document owned by this person for committing the criminal offence ‘’Forging Documents’’. After criminal investigation of this person, police officers of the Administration for Organized and Serious Crime determined that he was the person whose initials are B.S., after whom the international arrest warrant was issued for criminal offences committed in the Republic of Serbia. The competent Prosecutor’s Office was informed about the above-mentioned situation.
