The Republic of Srpska

Police officers of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior Administration for Countering Organized and Serious Crime handed over the person whose initials are K.T., a citizen of Turkey, with the report on the committed criminal offences, to the Special Department for Countering Corruption, Organized and Serious Economic Crime of the Republic of Srpska Prosecutor’s Office. The person is charged for the violation of public order and peace in a catering facility, in Karađorđeva Street in Banja Luka, in early morning hours, and on that occasion, the person committed two criminal offences of ‘’ Light bodily injury’’ and ‘’ Attack on an official person while performing official duties’’. The person, who was visibly intoxicated, physically attacked two waiters in a bar and punched a police officer in the head during the police intervention.
