a) if the child has only one parent alive, the applicant shall submit a copy of the death certificate of the other parent,
b) if the child has no parents alive, the applicant shall submit their guardians’ consent,
v) if one of the parents is impeded to sign their consent on the passport request, they can submit their written consent signed and verified by the competent authority, g)if according to court decision on assigning guardianship, the issuance of passport is not conditioned by the consent of both parents.
6.If, according to court decision on assigning guardianship, the issuance of passport is conditioned by the consent of both parents, the competent authority shall request a written statement on giving consent for the issuance of passport from the parent to whom the guardianship of the minor was not assigned. 7.If the temporary or permanent place of residence of the other parent is unknown, the competent authority shall conduct checks using available records and, in accordance with conducted checks, the request shall be considered. 8.If a minor, for whom the request for passport issuance is submitted, was born within common law marriage, and the other parent refuses to give their consent for passport issuance, the competent authority shall request from the competent social service a written statement on the argument for passport issuance without the consent of the other parent, and consider the request in accordance with this statement.
When submitting the request for passport issuance for a minor, a minor is required to provide biometric data (photograph, fingerprints and signature), with the exception of minors up to 12 years of age, who are not required to provide fingerprints and signature.
Loss, destruction or theft of a passportIn case of a loss, destruction or theft of a passport on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, one shall, on the form ???-1, report the loss, destruction or theft of the passport to the competent police authority on the territory on which the passport has been lost, destroyed or stolen. Along with the aforementioned form, one shall submit a receipt for paying the fee for pronouncing the passport invalid (one shall make the payment to the account of the ‘’Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska’’ at the counter of a post office or a bank).
If a passport has been lost, destroyed or stolen abroad, one shall:1.Report the loss, destruction or theft to the nearest diplomatic and consular office of BiH on ??-2 form.
2.Submit a proof of the statement given to a competent police authority on the circumstances of loss, destruction or theft of the passport.
3.Submit a receipt of fee for pronouncing the passport invalid.

c) for motor vehicles that have been registered outside Bosnia and Herzegovina earlier (proof of ownership and the form with which one proves their ownership with the proof of deregistration of the motor vehicle abroad)

Vehicle re-registration
Vehicle re-registration is conducted for vehicles that were deregistered and it is necessary to submit the same documents that are submitted when registering a vehicle for the first time.Temporary registration
For temporary vehicle registration, it is necessary to submit the request for temporary vehicle registration and decision by the competent body permitting the interim import. Along with the request, the same documents are submitted as when registering a vehicle for the first time.
1. Request for extension of vehicle registration. In addition to filling out the request by hand, it can also be filled out in electronic form. The columns that are obligatory to be filled out are the following: ‘type of request’, ‘identification vehicle information’, ’information on the vehicle owner, ‘information on the carrier of the registration certificate’, signature of the person who submitted the request and the number of person’s identity card.

Change of the vehicle owner information
In order to change the information about the owner of a vehicle, it is necessary to submit the following:1. Request for the change of vehicle owner information
2. Documents of the vehicle (certificate on registering the vehicle and certificate on he ownership of he vehicle), so that vehicle registration validity period could be entered in the old or the new vehicle documents
3. Registration plates without the international label of Bosnia and Herzegovina

In order to change the vehicle information, it is necessary to submit the following:1. Request for change of vehicle information (regulated form)

4. Proof of technical safety of vehicle, not older than 30 days, in e-form, on which the changed pieces of information are marked
5. Certificate on vehicle testing issued by the institution authorized for vehicle certification
In order to change information related to vehicle engine, it is necessary to submit the following documents:

2. Proof of the origin of the engine (purchase receipt, minutes of the auction, customs declaration and the purchase contract)
3. Proof that the engine inspection was performed
4. Vehicle documents (registration certificate and certificate on vehicle ownership), so that vehicle registration validity period could be entered in the old or the new vehicle documents
The change of chasis means a new vehicle and requires registering it after previous deregistration of the destroyed car.
Registration of vehicles purchased by leasing contract
In order to register vehicles purchased by leasing contract, it is necessary to submit the following documents:1. 1. Registration request (on the form regulated for this purpose). In addition to filling out the request by hand, it can also be filled out in electronic form. The columns that are obligatory to be filled out are the following: ‘type of request’, ‘identification vehicle information’, ’information on the vehicle owner, ‘information on the carrier of the registration certificate’, signature of the person who submitted the request and the number of person’s identity card.
2. Vehicle documents (certificate on vehicle registration and certificate on vehicle ownership), so that vehicle registration validity period could be entered in the old or the new vehicle documents
3. Proof that the leasing provider is registered for performing activites of selling vehicles by leasing contract

International driving licence shall be issued by Automobile Association of the Republic of Srpska.
WEAPON REGISTRATION
Citizens may register the following types of weapons:
Obtaining weapons
Weapons can be only obtained based on the approval of the competent organizational unit of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior on the territory where the natural person resides, i.e. the legal person and entrepreneurs who made the request for the authorization have headquarters.
The following documents should be attached to the request for authorization to obtain a firearm:
• a copy of the identity card,
• a certificate that there are no criminal proceedings in progress against the person for committing a criminal offence prosecuted ex officio, except for criminal offences against traffic safety,
• a certificate that there are no minor offence proceedings in progress against the person for committing a minor offence with elements of violence in the field of public order and peace,
• a certificate issued by an authorized health organization on medical fitness for possession and carrying weapons (not older than six months),
• a certificate issued by an authorized organization on professional training in handling firearms and,
• a proof of payment of an administrative fee in the amount of 30, 00 BAM.
Obtaining important parts of weapon
The owner of weapon may obtain important parts of a weapon if they have a valid document for the weapon, but it is mandatory to report it to the competent body.
Obtaining ammunition
Ammunition may be obtained only for the type of weapon for which a person has a valid weapon document.
Making ammunition
Shooting and hunting organizations, and their members that have registered weapons and that are trained for handling explosive materials, may make ammunition based on the approval of the competent authority.

The competent authority may issue a collector's license to the natural person who owns at least ten different registered weapons and has spatial and technical conditions.

Without a prior approval of the competent authority, persons older than 21, legal persons and entrepreneurs may purchase and keep the following weapons:
Trophy weapons
A natural person is obliged to report trophy weapons, and along with their request, to submit evidence on weapons’ origin and certificate issued by the authorized organization that the weapons are unusable.

Confiscation of weapons
The competent public security center shall confiscate weapons and ammunition, weapon licence, permission to keep weapons, licence to carry weapons, if:
-a person obtains a weapon without the permission issued by the competent authority,
-a person does not meet some of the regulated requirements for obtaining weapon,
-it is in the interest of the security, and
-a person does not act in accordance with other provisions of the Law on weapons and ammunition.
Trade and transport of weapons and ammunition
- space and technical requirements are met for the placement and storing weapons are met, so that those weapons, ammunition and their parts do not come in the possession of unauthorized persons thus endangering the safety of people and facilities.
- a representative of a legal person, i.e. entrepreneur meets general requirements for obtaining weapons, and a person who directly handles weapons meets general and specific requirements for purchasing weapons regulated by the Law.

Termination of proceeding
Legal heirs who have not taken the weapon that was being kept by the competent authority for three years, and which was found at the competent authority at the date of entry into force of the Law (12 April 2016), are required to take it or to start a procedure of returning weapon within six months since the day of entry into force of this Law, and if not, the weapon shall become the property of the Republic of Srpska.
Weapons legislation
A person who possesses a weapon with no weapon documents, which was not registered according to the previous regulations, is obliged to submit a request for issuing documents not later than 31 December 2016.
When applying, a person is not obliged to prove the origin of a weapon.
Amnesty
On the date of entry into force of the Law, a person who possesses weapons, ammunition, explosive and other weapons whose obtaining, keeping and carrying is forbidden by this Law, is obliged to hand it over to the competent authority immediately .
A person who voluntarily hands over a weapon shall not be charged for illegal possession.
