SMS SERVICES, CHECKS BY USING THE SINGLE PHONE NUMBER +387 91 110 122
Document/request status
A citizen may check the current status of a document/request for issuing a new document by sending an SMS with the appropriate content to the single phone number +387 91 110 122 for the following documents:
a.) identity card, by sending an SMS whose content is : “lk”
b) driving licence, by sending an SMS whose content is : “vd”
c) passport, by sending an SMS whose content is : “pi” or “pi [request_number]” if the check is conducted on behalf of a minor (e.g. “pi p-1212-00”)
Note: [request_number] may be sent in the original form: “P-1212-00” or in other forms, such as “p 1212 00”, “p121200”, “P 1212 00”, “P121200”;
Note:
When sending a message, the message text is not limited regarding the use of lower-case or upper-case letters. What is important is that text of the message is written according to one of the formats described above.
NOTE:Precondition for using SMS service of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior is that a citizen registers their phone number at the organization unit of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior that is competent for issuing documents in the area where the citizen has temporary or permanent place of residence. A citizen may register their phone number when:
- submitting request for issuing a document (identity card, driving licence, passport),,
- vehicle registration, or
- afterwards.
The cost of SMS service is BAM 0.10 per each message a citizen sends.
The SMS service may be used by all citizens of the Republic of Srpska, regardless of whether they are subscribers to mobile telephony of Mtel, Eronet or BH Telecom.
Vehicle registration
A citizen may check their vehicle registration by sending SMS text message: „registracija [registration_number]“ (e.g. „registration A00A000“) to the single phone number 091 110 122

When sending a message, the message text is not limited regarding the use of lower-case or upper-case letters. What is important is that text of the message is written according to one of the formats described above.
NOTE:Precondition for using SMS service of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior is that a citizen registers their phone number at the organization unit of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior that is competent for issuing documents in the area where the citizen has temporary or permanent place of residence. Fines and payments
A citizen may check fines and payments by sending an SMS with the appropriate content to the single phone number +387 91 110 122 if they wish to check:
a) single fine - by sending an SMS whose content is "kazne [minor_offence_warrant_number]" (e.g kazne 0020110002)
The reply to such message is the amount of fines by the number of minor offence warrant.
b) all the unpaid fines - by sending an SMS whose content is "kazne sve"
The reply to such message is the total amount of unpaid fines.

Penalty points
A citizen may check their penalty points by sending an SMS with the appropriate content to the single phone number +387 91 110 122 if they wish to check:
a) individual amount of penalty points sentenced per minor offence warrant – by sending a text message: "bodovi [minor_offence_warrant_number]" (e.g. "bodovi 0020110002"),
The reply to such message is the number of penalty points for the provided number of minor offence warrant.
b) total amount of points (both valid and invalid) – by sending an SMS whose content is "bodovi sve"
The reply to such message is the total number of penalty points from all minor offence warrants.

In order to register to the service in order to get information, a citizen may send an SMS message with certain content to the single phone number +387 91 110 122 in order to be provided with the following services:
a) Document - by sending a text message whose content is: "prijavi dokument"
The reply to such message is the information on expiry date od identity card, driving licence and passport 30 days before the expiry date of each of these documents.
b) Registration – by sending a text message whose content is: "prijavi registracija"
The reply to such message is the information on registration expiry date 30 days before the expiry date of the registration.
c) Points – by sending a text message whose content is: "prijavi bodovi"
The reply to such message is the information on expiry date of penalty points on the expiration date of penalty points.

Deregistration from the service
A citizen may perform deregistration from the service in order to stop receiving information by sending SMS message with the appropriate content to the single phone number number +387 91 110 122:
a. Deregistration from certain service – by sending an SMS: "odjavi [name of the service]" (e.g. "odjavi dokument", "odjavi registrcija", "odjavi bodovi"
b. Deregistration from all services at the same time – by sending an SMS with the following content: "odjavi sve".
