The Republic of Srpska

Police officers of Crime Police Administration of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior under the supervision and in coordination with the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina performed an operational action whose code name is ‘ALPE’, based on the suspicion that the criminal offense ‘Organized crime’ from Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina was committed, which is related to the criminal offense of ‘Illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs’ from Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the criminal offense of ‘Forging money’ from Article 205 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Today, on 1 September 2015, in coordination of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and by the order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior arrested two persons: V.T. from the town of Prnjavor, and Z.Ć. from the city of Banja Luka. Searches were performed on four locations on the territory of the city of Banja Luka, the town of Prnjavor and the town of Laktaši. Several resident facilities were searched as well as motor vehicles and, on those occasions, 50g of cocaine were seized, as well as forged bills of euros, several mobile phones and certain amount of money. Along with the report on the committed criminal offense, the arrested persons are going to be surrendered to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina for further proceedings.
