Complaints about the Work of a Police Officer

You can file a complaint about the work of a police officer if you have noticed any irregularities or misconduct in their actions and believe that their unlawful or inappropriate behavior has violated your rights and freedoms.
By drawing attention to inappropriate and unlawful conduct by police officers and other Ministry employees, you help the police in addressing cases of abuse and improper behavior, as well as in taking timely legal measures.

Your complaint should be clear and include the location, time, and a description of the actions or omissions of the police officer you are complaining about, along with other useful information. It is also advisable for the complaint to include your personal details, including your home address and phone numbers, to be valid in the appropriate process. If you have information about the police officer, you should provide their name and surname and/or badge number, where they work, their responsibilities, the registration number of their official vehicle, and other details.
