BASIC INFORMATION

Head of administration

Ms. Divna Lovrić-Bojanić, was born in Banja Luka. Upon graduating from the Military Technology Faculty in Zagreb, the narrow scientific field of rocket technology, she became electronics engineer. Her first job was with the aviation institute ‘Kosmos’, in the Sector for research and development. She has been employed with the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Srpska since 1999, and she has performed tasks in the following positions: from 1 April 1999 – designer of IT systems, from 1 September 2002 – chief engineer for computer networks, from 1 August 2005 – Deputy to the Head of the Administration. She has been performing duties of the Head of the Administration since 1 February 2002.

DUTIES

Duties

plans, organizes, implements, and monitors the work in the field of information and communication technologies within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska through the design, implementation, and administration of the integrated information and communication system of the Ministry,
prepares the Security Plan of the Ministry's information and communication system, in accordance with the Law on Information Security of RS and sub-legal acts, the Law on Personal Data Protection of BiH, the Law on Protection of Classified Data of BiH,
develops the Policy of the Ministry's information and communication system security,
monitors regulations and proposes normative regulation in the field of ICT,
is responsible for improving and developing the information and communication system security,
plans and implements appropriate technologies and procedures, and defines data protection mechanisms,
establishes and organizes a unified functional system for electronic processing, transmission, cryptographic protection, and exchange of classified data within the Ministry and ensures its maintenance and operation,
coordinates the work in the field of ICT application with the organizational units of the Ministry at the headquarters and police administrations, exercises supervisory and instructional functions over the work of internal organizational units in the line of work of the Directorate,
proposes and organizes specialized training and other forms of professional development for employees.

Responsible for:

activities related to the application of new ICT technologies in the work of the Ministry,
tasks related to the design, administration, and protection of the ICT infrastructure of the Ministry,
tasks related to the design, development, and administration of applications and databases of the Ministry and their implementation in accordance with the law,
planning and implementation of Internet services and electronic services, public key infrastructure, digital signature, digital certificate, digital document, integrated solutions for data, voice, and image transmission,
project management implemented by the Ministry for the purpose of law enforcement and work improvement,
activities related to the electronic data exchange with other institutions,
technical support activities for end-users in the Ministry 24/7/365 (Help Desk).
