BASIC INFORMATION

Head of the Police department

Đurica Vukelić, was born on 3 May 1982 in Banja Luka. He finished the Secondary School of Internal Affairs in 2001 in Banja Luka. He graduated from the Police College in 2008, and became Bachelor of Law in Internal Affairs.
Mr Vukelić has been employed with the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior since 2001. He performed tasks on the following positions: inspector for VIP protection at the Police unit for VIP protection, assistant commander at the Police unit for VIP protection, deputy commander at the Police unit for VIP protection and the commander of Laktaši Police Station.
He was appointed the head of Banja Luka Police Administration since March 2023.
