Review of the violation photo recorded by a radar system

Note: The vehicle owner is responsible for providing information about the actual perpetrator of the offense, and for inaccurately provided information, they may be subject to the determination of criminal liability for offenses prescribed by the Criminal Code of the Republic of Srpska, which may result in a fine or imprisonment of up to one year or two years.

Instructions

The service allows you to view photos of violations registered by the radar system. After entering the notification/request number you received from the relevant organizational unit of the MUP RS [01/2-1-220.2-number/23] and the vehicle's license plate number [without hyphens and spaces], the photos of the offending vehicle will appear.

In the upper right corner of the Notification of Offense, there is a "QR Code." Scanning the QR code is done as follows: launch the Viber application, select the "More" option, and then the "QR Code Scanner" option. By bringing your mobile device close to the "QR Code," the code is automatically read and opens the "Chat Bot" application on the Viber network. By accepting the use of the "MUP Chat Bot," in this case, you will receive two photos with details of the offense.
