On  10 October 2015, the police officers of the Crime Police Sector in Public Security Center Doboj and the Police Station  Modriča, performed searches on  four locations in the municipality of Modriča, based on the obtained order of the Basic Court Modriča. These searches were performed based on  the suspicion that some persons were engaged in the production, processing and the sale of narcotic drugs. During the search of the house, which is a family household  of  a person whose initials are A.T,  30 grams of a  green plant matter whose morphological characteristics match the ones of the narcotic drug “marijuana” were found and confiscated. The specially equipped rooms for the processing of narcotics were also  found in the house.  The plantation traces with the parts of the harvested Indian hemp were found on an estate near the family house. The found and confiscated narcotic drugs, as well as the found traces on the crime scene will be sent to expert analysis. A suspect whose initials are A.T will undergo the criminal investigation.  The committed criminal offense “The unauthorized production and overturn of narcotic drugs” will be documented and delivered to the District Prosecutor’s Office.
