On 22 October 2015, the police officers from the Crime Police Sector of Public Security Centre Doboj submitted to District Prosecutor’s Office a report against four persons, three of them whose initials are B. S., Z. G., Z. S., all of them living in the municipality of Donji Žabar, and a person living in Pelagićevo whose initials are Z. J. because there are grounds for suspicion that they committed a criminal offence of attempted “Robbery.” There are grounds for suspicion that the aforementioned persons committed the criminal offence of attempted “Robbery” against the person whose initials are D. M. on 19 October 2015, in the municipality of Pelagićevo. By undertaking operational measures and the actions on revealing the abovementioned criminal offence, the police officers from the Crime Police Sector of Public Security Center Doboj in cooperation with Crime Police Administration of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior in Banjaluka and the police officers of the Police Station Pelagićevo found out that B.S and Z.G arrived in front of the ‘NLB Razvojna banka’ bank in Banjaluka, the branch office in Modriča, counter Pelagićevo,  using a motor vehicle, brand ‘’Opel’’ , type ‘’Kadett’’. Shortly after, the first suspect, masked and armed, got out of the vehicle and asked the injured party D.M. to hand over the money. D.M tried to run, but B.S stopped him by firing two shots thus injuring D.M who got gunshot wounds on his legs. The suspect B.S., together with the second suspect Z.G., who was waiting for him in the car, left the crime sceneand headed to a hamlet called Kladuša, in the municipality of Pelagićevo, where they burned the abovementioned vehicle. On that occasion, the first suspect B.S. got burns on his face and body, and after that, together with the second suspect, went to his house where they changed and hid the clothes they were wearing. On the same day, around 13:20 PM, the police officers working on finding the perpetrators and the vehicles in the hamlet Kladuša, in the municipality of Modriča, found a burned motor vehicle, brand ‘’Opel’’, type ‘’Kadett’’ which is assumed to have been used during the commission of the aforementioned criminal offense. On 20 October 2015, based on the order of the District Court Doboj,  the search of the house and additional facilities used by Z.G. was performed as well as the ones used by B.S, where some objects and traces that could be connected with the abovementioned criminal offence were found. There are grounds for suspicion that the third suspect, whose initials are Z. S., participated in the commission of the criminal offence in a way that he supplied firearms used in this criminal offense and observed the roads in the vicinity of the crime scene in order to notice when the
