On October 28 2015, the police officers of the Police Station Banja Luka - Center submitted a report to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Banja Luka against a person whose initials are V. S. from Banja Luka, based on the suspicion that during September 2015, on the territory of the City of Banja Luka, the abovementioned person committed eight criminal offences of ‘Theft’ and one criminal offence of ‘Aggravated Theft’. The V.S. is suspected of stealing money, mobile phones, credit cards and personal documents from a bar, using the opportunity of inadvertence and absence of the employees in catering facilities in the period from 2 September to 12 September. By doing this, the person realized illegal property gain in the amount of BAM 2,910.
