On 3 November 2015, around 23:30 PM, during the work, the police officers of the Police Station Bijeljina stopped and examined an ‘’Audi’’ passenger car. The car control confirmed that the persons whose initials are V.B, Ž.G. and a minor, 16 year old person were the car passengers.  During  the vehicle examination it was  found that there were  items that could be used for committing a criminal offences as well as the items that were probably used for committing a criminal offence. In the further investigation, it was found that the abovementioned persons broke violently into a  family house in Bijeljina, during which some technical equipment was stolen. The stolen items which were found by the police officers are going to be returned to the owner. The prosecutor on duty of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bijeljina was informed about all this, and after that he ordered the undertaking of all necessary measures and actions with the purpose of documenting this criminal offence. The measures and actions to be taken against the minor person are defined by the the Law on Protection and Treatment of Children and Juveniles in the Criminal Proceedings.
