The Republic of Srpska

Police officers from the Crime Police Administration of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, under the supervision and in coordination with the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, performed an operational action whose code name is “KOLT”; because there were grounds for suspicion that a criminal offence “Organised crime”, Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is related to the criminal offence “Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs”, Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina was committed. The action was performed in cooperation with the Republic of Serbia Ministry of the Interior. In the city of Bijeljina, during this action, 2 citizens of Serbia whose initials are R. M. and D. M. were arrested, and 200 g of cocaine were seized. In the Republic of Serbia, there was a search performed on 3 locations (in the cities of Belgrade, Novi Sad and Kraljevo) and there were 200 grams of cocaine seized as well as a certain amount of weapons and ammunition. Operational action whose code name is “KOLT”, performed in cooperation with the Republic of Serbia Ministry of the Interior, began in July this year. The persons arrested were submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina for further proceedings.
