The Republic of Srpska

According to the poll organised by the newspapers and web portal ‘Nezavisne novine’, Minister of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, Mr Dragan Lukač, was declared the best minister of the Republic of Srpska Government for 2015. In the poll that began on 12 November and ended on December 7 2015, Minister Lukač won 22% out of the total number of 97,058 votes. During the event held in ‘Bosna’ hotel, where many distinguished guests were present, Minister once again emphasized the importance of the support provided by the Government of the Republic of Srpska for the fulfilment of the goals of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, i.e. the importance of strengthening capacities, modernizing the equipment, educating of police officers and training of the staff. Finally, Minister Lukač added that cooperation in Bosnia and Herzegovina was necessary, in addition to coordination and mutual respect, all with the aim of protecting the citizens. He also expressed his gratitude to Nezavisne novine for this acknowledgement.
