Today, on 18 January 2016, the police officers of Crime Police Administration submitted a report to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Banja Luka identifying the perpetrator of the criminal offence ‘Abusing powers in business’, Article 263, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Srpska, whose initials are Lj.S. (born in 1958), residing in the municipality of Gradiška. There are grounds for suspicion that, in the period of time from 16 September 2010 till 17 January 2013, in the municipality of Gradiška, Lj.S. committed the criminal offence ‘’ Abusing powers in business’’. Lj.S. committed the abovementioned criminal offence by acting as the responsible person within the legal person headquartered in the village of Laminci, the municipality of Gradiška. In order to obtain illegally-gained proceeds in the amount of BAM 386,474.10 for their legal person, the person made documents of false content, that is, the documents displaying false balance business and incorrect presentation and concealment of facts, thus falsely showing condition, the flow of assets and business results of the legal person headquartered in Laminci, the municipality of Gradiška.
