Today, in Banja Luka, Minster of the Interior, Mr Dragan Lukač, awarded notes of thanks to six members of the Ministry for the high degree of professionalism and dedication in performing their duties, as well as for the display of courage off-duty in 2015. Also, the Republic of Srpska Police Director Mr Gojko Vasić was present at the event of awarding acknowledgements to police officers. Minister Lukač expressed gratitude to these police officers, and emphasized that, in the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, there were many similar people who would express their bravery and dedicationin similar circumstances. The acknowledgements were awarded to: 1.      Mr Miloš Grahovac, Administration for protecting persons and buildings After the car accident which occurred in the village of Šuice, the municipality of Kupres, police officer, Mr Grahovac, gave first aid to a person in need whose initials are Dž. O. The accident occurred on the part of the road with less traffic, and the vehicle landed on a hard-to-reach area, so it was not easy to notice it. 2.      Mr Milenko Vukmir, Public Security Centre Prijedor; On 4 April, 2015, a police officer from the Police Station Prijedor 1 prevented a person from committing suicide. On that occasion, the police officer went down to the river bank, removed his police duty belt, entered the water and made the person give him their hand and reach the river bank with him and talked the person into reaching the river bank with him. 3.      Mr Miladin Radonjić and Mr Zlatan Simić, Public Security Centre Doboj
