Today, members of the ICT Administration of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior organized a practical teaching class for the students of senior grades of ‘Nikola Tesla’ electro-technical secondary school. On this occasion, students were received by the head of Department for ICT infrastructure at the Administration, Mr. Dragan Popović. He pointed out that, through these classes, students were going to have an opportunity to be introduced with the practical activities of the Department which is competent for computer and cable infrastructure, network devices and services they use. ‘We presented the activities of the Department to the students, because, in future, some of them may become our colleagues’, Mr. Popović said. Professor of computer networks at ‘Nikola Tesla’ electro-technical secondary school in Banja Luka, Ms. Irina Čavić said that the visit to the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior was very useful for students, because they could see the realization of computer network and professional network devices as well as how all this worked. During this traditional visit that is going to last for two days, classes organized by the members of the Department are going to be attended by almost 230 students.
