Today, the Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr. Dragan Lukač, and the Head of Laktaši Municipality, Mr. Miroslav Kodžoman, signed the contract on the transfer of the ownership and co-ownership rights in ’’Zalužani’’ barracks, according to 35 ha of land would become the property of the Ministry of the Interior. Minister Lukač announced that the center for training of members of the Ministry of the Interior would be organized on that area. ’’ We are now working on the new Rulebook on Systematization that involves the establishing of the training center, and relocation of the organizational units of the Ministry of the Interior into the center in future. The project is being drafted, and after that tender will be announced’’ Mr. Lukač said. He added that the Ministry of the Interior would give away half land of the ’’Sarica’’ barracks to Laktaši Municipality for formation of local community, infirmary, kindergartens, fire department and other services. Mr. Kodžoman said that the given part of land would not include auto and moto track in Zalužani, which remained in the ownership of Laktaši Municipality as an important segment of this local community. He said that the municipality would continue to make plans, implementation of which would largely depend on investments, and a lot of funds will be needed since the plans are going to be implemented on a large area. Mr. Kodžoman said that ’’Sarica’’ barracks would be of great use to Laktaši Municipality, given that the communal services in local community Trn would be located at one place.
