800x600 Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior will, along with the U.S. military forces and police agencies in BiH, participate in the exercise "Jackal Stone 2017", which will take place in the beginning of this month on the territory of the Republic of Srpska/BiH. The exercise scenario is designed to portray relevant security challenges, but it is not connected to any real-world events. The scenario will be conducted on the territory of the Sarajevo-Romanija region and Posavina region. The purpose of the exercise that will include more than 500 members of security, government and civil institutions from BiH and USA, is to prepare participants to conduct contingency operations with partner forces and interagency organizations through tactical and doctrinal knowledge sharing. This bilateral exercise will use a realistic operational scenario to help enhance interoperability between BiH and USA and build on the existing cooperation through strengthening of interoperability, to better address the potential security threats.
