800x600 The Crime Police Administration of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of Interior has submitted the Report on committed criminal offences against four citizens of Lithuania to the Special department for fight against corruption, organized and the most severe forms of economic crime of the Republic Prosecutor’s Office for the abuse committed in the company „Alumina” d.o.o. Zvornik.Persons with the initials M.K. and G.G. are suspected to have committed the criminal offence of „Abusing Powers in Business”, and the persons V.V. and M.U. for the criminal offence of „Careless Performance of Official Duties” of the Republic of Srpska Criminal Code.The criminal offence was committed in the manner that the person with the initials M.K., acting as the responsible person on behalf of the Bauxite Factory ”Birač” AD Zvornik, has, in the period from 2010 to 2014, approved the payment in the total amount of 26,057,652.52 BAM for two legal persons on several occasions, without any legal foundation.Also, the person with initials G.G, acting as the responsible person in the company „Alumina” d.o.o. Zvornik, has approved the payment in the amount of 165,000 USD to the legal person from Colorado (USA) without any legal foundation. The persons V.V. and M.U., as the persons responsible for monitoring and control of legality of business in the Bauxite Factory „Birač” have failed to act in accordance with the regulations, thus enabling the illegal actions of persons M.K. and G.G.In this manner the reported persons have obtained illegal profit gain for several legal persons in the total amount of 26,881,589.49 BAM and 165,000 USD, and damaged the company „Alumina” d.o.o.
