TEN MORE REPORTS SUBMITTED IN THE CONTINUATION OF THE OPERATION „PETRIĆEVAC“

800x600 In the continuation of the operation code-named „Petrićevac”, the police officers of the Administration for Organised and Serious Crime of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of Interior have, in cooperation with the Police Administration Banja Luka, submitted ten more reports on committed criminal offences against eleven persons for the total number of thirteen criminal offences to the District Public Prosecutor’s Office Banja Luka.There is reasonable doubt that the persons with initials S.Z. (1996), J.V. (1997), D.Č. (1986), D.Z. (1996), D.Ć. (1991), V.S. (1985), N.M. (1984) have committed the criminal offence of „Illicit Manufacturing and Trafficking in Narcotics” referred to in Article 207, paragraph 1) of the RS Criminal Code, and for persons with initials G.O. (1987) and M.B. (1996) there is reasonable doubt for the commission of the criminal offence „Illicit Manufacturing and Trafficking in Weapons or Explosives” referred to in Article 361, paragraph 1) of the RS Criminal Code, whereas the persons with initials B.P.K. (1989) and A.P. (1977) there is reasonable doubt for the commission of both criminal offences mentioned above.The police operation Petrićevac lasted several months and it was directed to the breaking of the organised criminal group.
