We would like to remind the citizens that they can use ”SMS service” to perform control of data and receive notifications from the registry of the RS Ministry of Interior on the status of personal documents, fines, payments and penalty points.SMS service provides simple and quick control of the current status of personal identity card, driver’s license or travel document, and the requests for their issuance, vehicle registration, separate or all unpaid fines, as well as separate and the total amount of penalty points.For each service mentioned above, there is a text that should be sent to one unique number 091/110-122. In order to control the personal identity card, send the message ”LK”, for driver’s license send ”VD”, for passport send ”PI”, for vehicle registration send ”registracija(space)(registration plates)”.In order to use the service, the citizen must provide his/hers mobile phone number in person to the organisational unit of the RS MoI that is competent for issuance of personal documents according to his/hers place of residence. The service price is 0.10 BAM per message sent, and this service may be used by all the citizens regardless of their mobile service provider.Further information on the use of this service can be found on the RS MoI website.
