Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr. Darko Ćulum, visited today in the premises of the Republic of Srpska Blood Transfusion Institute the cadets who donated blood in Voluntary Blood Donation Action organised by the Republic of Srpska Ministry of Interior, on the occasion of celebrating the Slava of Saint Archangel Michael.Director Ćulum said that 180 Police Academy cadets of the Republic of Srpska Ministry will participate in the action. He pointed out that this is the third organised action this year in which the members of the MoI show the noble side of this vocation, and in that way help the citizens whose life is in danger.Mr. Mile Šikman, Head of the Police Training Administration, express his satisfaction with regard to the number of cadets who participated in the action:”Numerous cadets who donated their blood are a guarantee that tomorrow we will have young police forces who will be ready to provide assistance to those in need”, said Head Šikman.The Director of RS Blood Transfusion Institute, Ms. Gordana Guzijan, expressed her gratitude to the members of the RS MoI who donated their blood, and pointed out the importance of the fact that a lot of young people donated their blood on this occasion.Police Academy cadet, Ms. Dragana Mitrović from Kneževo, said that blood donation is a noble gesture.
