Police officers of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of Interior have performed searches of premises and buildings used by D.M. and Ž.V. within the international operation code-named ”JAD 2017” led by EUROPOL. During the search, large amounts of weapon and ammunition were seized.The operation ”JAD 2017” was aimed at fight against illegal trafficking in weapons, explosives and ammunition, and the main objective was to identify and undertake further measures and activities against weapon dealers known to be included in illegal actions, disclosing and identifying international weapon trafficking routes, especially from the Western Balkan countries to EU.The operation was carried out in the period from November 16 to 19, 2017, and all BiH law enforcement agencies participated in it, along with BiH Indirect Taxation Authority and BiH Ministry of Foreign Commerce and Economic Relations.      Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
