Today, in Banja Luka, members of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior completed the last module of the training programme “Introducing the concept of modern human resources management to mid- and high level police officials ", carried out within the IPA 2012 Twinning project "Strengthening Law Enforcement in BiH". The program was implemented from May to December this year, and the training was successfully completed by 89 participants ― members of the RS MoI, as well as all law enforcement institutions in BiH.The program included six modules related to the following topics: strengthening of integrity and professionalism of leaders, ethical and modern leadership, strengthening of communication skills, stress management, solving conflict situations and team formation.As part of the program, nine experts from the Slovenian police were engaged and, by the end of the training, participants will be awarded certificates of newly acquired knowledge in the field of modern human resources management.Participants of the program evaluated content of the training, which was mainly focused on improving communication, conflict management, stress management, etc. as innovative and significant for the future work of the officials in law enforcement institutions.     Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
