We would like to remind the citizens that the work of the public counter for issuing personal documents in the Police Administration Banja Luka (5, Kralja Petra I Karađorđevića St.) is organized in two shifts, on working days from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 07:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and that it will not be changed during the upcoming holidays, except on January 1, 2 and 9, 2018, which have been proclaimed as non-working days. Also, we would like to remind you that the phone number 051/337-155 on which the citizens may obtain information on the status of their requested documents is active. In accordance with the possibilities, the Police Administration Banja Luka will undertake all the measures under their competence so that the citizens who address the location for issuing personal documents fulfill their rights as fast as possible.
