Police officers of the Administration for Organized and Serious Crime of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, in cooperation with police officers of the Police Administration Banja Luka, submitted today in Banja Luka the Report of committed criminal offence of ”Illegal Manufacturing and Trafficking in Narcotics”, referred to in Article 207, paragraph 3 of the RS CC, and handed over the persons with initials Z.T., M.M. and Z.Ć. to the District Public Prosecutor’s Office Banja Luka. The Report on committed criminal offence was also submitted against persons with initials I.Z. and S.S., who are being looked for intensively. Persons with initials I.A., Z.A., M.M. and B.P. who were also arrested with the operation ”ÀRSENAL“ were released pending trial, and the investigation against them is continued. We remind the public that the operation „ÀRSENAL“ lasted several months, whereas searches on ten locations on the territory of Banja Luka were carried out, seven persons were arrested, and a specific amount of different narcotics were seized, including: cocaine, speed, marijuana, heroin and chemical substances for mixing narcotics.
