Today, in Banja Luka, the Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Dragan Lukač, visited the new premises for vehicle registration to be used by the agencies for mediation when performing these activities. Minister Lukač pointed out that the aim of opening the new office for motor vehicle registration was to disburden the counter hall at Banja Luka Police Administration, where citizens submit their requests for issuing all personal documents and vehicle registration, and then take their documents after these are issued. He mentioned that, last year, more than 100,000 requests for vehicle registration were submitted and that opening a new office would contribute to faster and more efficient vehicle registration both for the citizens and mediation agencies. At the new location, at three counters, the officers of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior would receive the requests submitted to them by the employees at mediation agencies, instead of two that were used for this purpose in the counter hall of Banja Luka Police Administration. What remains is the possibility of submitting a request through a registry office at Banja Luka PA, office no. 122. Simultaneously, the service for natural persons is going to be improved as well - instead of two, the citizens will be able to submit their requests at three counters. The new location for vehicle registration would be situated at 6 Jug Bogdana Street, working hours are from 7 am to 8 pm over the working week days, and from 7 am to 13 am on Saturdays.
