On 8 August 2018, on the territory of Pale Police Station, 9 migrants were detected, and these entered the territory of the Republic of Srpska illegally from the neighbouring countries. Namely, on 8 August 2018, about 8:45 am, in the village of Ljubogošta, in Pale Municipality, police officers from the Police Station for traffic security Pale controlled a Renault bus, driven by the person whose initials are R. K. from the town of Rogatica, with 9 passengers who turned out to be illegal migrants, the citizens of Syria and Pakistan who carried no other identification document but an original bus ticket. The persons were handed over to the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Service for Foreigner’s Affairs, Istočno Sarajevo branch office, for further proceedings.
