  Police officers of the RS MoI Crime Police Administration held today in Banja Luka the first constructive meeting with the Norwegian investigation team headed by the police prosecutor of the Kingdom of Norway, and regarding the criminal proceedings against Z.K. for the double murder in the place of Trnopolje on July 28, 2014. In the following period, the members of the Norwegian team in cooperation with the members of the CPA and Prijedor Police Administration, will undertake series of operational and tactical measures and activities with the purpose of obtaining evidence in accordance with the Norwegian legislation, completing the criminal subject and further criminal proceedings against Z.K. This cooperation is implemented on the basis of the European Convention on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, as well as other international conventions defining this area. The police prosecutor of the Kingdom of Norway has expressed his satisfaction both for the established cooperation in this case, and the earlier positive experience acquired through the previous cooperation with the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior. We would like to remind the public that the members of the Prijedor Police Administration, at that time Public Security Center Prijedor, submitted the Report on committed criminal offence of ”First Degree Murder” of two persons in Trnopolje to the District Public Prosecutors’ Office Banja Luka on August 1, 2014 against Z.K.   Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
