The Republic of Srpska

                 Today, on 12 September 2018, in Banja Luka, the Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr Darko Ćulum, opened the seminar on ‘Appropriate Use of Force’ realized by the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior in cooperation with the US Embassy, ICITAP programme.                 The Seminar is going to be held from 12 to 14 September 2018, and, in addition to the representatives of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, it will be attended by the representatives of Brčko District, SIPA, MoI of the Federation of BIH, Border Police, Direction for cooperation of police bodies of BIH, Service for Foreigners’ Affairs, and prosecutors from the Republic of Srpska, Federation of BIH, Brčko District and Prosecutor’s Office of BIH. The aim of the seminar is introducing the attendees with basic and specific principles of the use of firearms as a means of force, introducing to normative framework of the application of firearms, and analytical observation of both ‘good and bad’ practice.   Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
