  With the purpose of undertaking safety measures and actions on the occasion of the visit of the Russian Federation Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Sergey Lavrov, to the Republic of Srpska, the RS Minister of the Interior has issued the order on prohibition of transport of explosives in road traffic, as it follows: -          on the territory of municipalities of Istočna Ilidža and Istočno Novo Sarajevo, on September 21, 2018 from 6 am to 3 pm, and -          on the territory of the city of Banja Luka and municipality of Laktaši, on September 21, 2018 from 6 am to 10 pm.
