  The Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Dragan Lukač, held today an extraordinary press conference and stated that the police officers of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior arrested one individual whose initials are A.R. (born in 1976) from Čelinac, under the suspicion of throwing an explosive device on the business building in Bulevar srpske vojske in Banja Luka on March 31, 2018. Minister Lukač said that the arrested individual is currently being criminally processed, and that more details will be available after the completion of the investigation carried out under the supervisions of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office Banja Luka.
