  On October 3, 2018, police officers of Bijeljina Police Administration arrested the person with initials D.R. (born in 1991) from Ugljevik, based on suspicion of commission of the criminal offence of ‘People smuggling’.  Namely, on Bijeljina-Tuzla highway, in the place of Podgora, on October 3, 2018 around 1:30 am, police officers of Lopare PS, controlled the motor vehicle brand ”Renault” and the driver D.R. During the control, four illegal migrants from Iran and four from Afghanistan were identified in the vehicle, including two women and two children and there is suspicion that they have illegally crossed the border with the neighboring country. The prosecutor on duty from the Prosecutor’s Office of BIH has been informed on the event. Police officers continue to work on completing and documenting facts for this criminal offence, followed by the submission of report for the committed criminal offence of ”People Smuggling”.   Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
