On 6 October 2018, after receiving a report from an RTRS journalist that an unknown person offended them and damaged a part of their recording equipment, Police officers from Banja Luka Police Administration identified and arrested the person whose initials are M.K. (born in 1977) from the town of Gradiška. The M.K. will be interrogated about the circumstances of committing the criminal offence of ‘Damaging and seizing an item that belongs to another person’ and the minor offence of ‘Insult’ from the Law on Public Order and Peace. The prosecutor from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Banja Luka has been informed on the event.
