On 9 October 2018, around 9.30 pm, Brod Police Station received a report that in one of the sections of ‘Oil refinery’ Brod JSC. there was a major explosion and fire.             One person died in this fire, whereas nine of them were injured and their life is not in danger. Out of the total number of injured persons, three persons were discharged from Brod Health Centre, whereas six persons were transported to the hospital in Doboj for further tests.             The fire was localized at around 11.15 pm.             During fire localization, the officers of Doboj Police Administration were in continuous contact with the management of Brod municipality, local fire unit, civil protection and employees of the Refinery.             The investigation is in progress and managed by the prosecutor of Doboj District Prosecutor’s Office.                   Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
