Division for specialist training of the Police Training Administration and Forensics Unit – CTC of Police Support Administration of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, organized today the first specialist training ‘Dactyloscopy’, to be realized in future for four criminalist technician from the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior and one forensic from Brčko Police District. According to the curriculum of Dactiloscopy training, the training is going to be realized through 58 classes – 10 classes of theoretical lectures, 40 classes of practice activities with lecturers and 8 classes for exams and knowledge assessment. The following teaching units are included in the curriculum: Equipment and means in dactyloscopy, Fingerprint classification, Hieroscopy, Ammunition types, AFIS System, Entering fingerprints and palm prints into AFIS, Searching fingerprints and palm prints through AFIS, Processing the traces of papillary lines, Entering usable traces and searching through AFIS and Report on the examination and identification of traces.     Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
