      Today, on 26 November 2018, in Banja Luka, the head of Administration for Police Education of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, Mr Mile Šikman, opened a workshop on ‘Specificities on working with adults in the field of police training’, whose aim is introducing efficient models of working with adults in the field of police training.      This is the first workshop on this topic and it proved as a successful model of experience exchange between the lecturers from the Administration for Police Education and representatives of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior organizational units in charge of training police officers on the field.In the practical part, an interactive workshop called ‘Learning styles’ was realized, which was assessed as very useful by the participants.      The moderator of the workshop was Stevo Ivetić, PhD, and lecturers were the representatives from the Administration for Police Education of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior.
