      On November 2, 2018 during regular police duties and assignments, and after controlling the passenger motor vehicle brand ’Škoda‘, police officers of Banja Luka Police Administration found six migrants without any certificates on seeking asylum in BiH.        The driver D.E. (born in 1983) from Gradiška was arrested on the grounds of suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of ’People smuggling‘, and the migrants were handed over to the Foreigners’ Affairs Service, Field Office Banja Luka.          After interrogation, the suspect was released and report against him will be submitted to the BiH Prosecutor’s Office in regular procedure.
