      Today, in Banja Luka, the Administration for Police Training of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior presented the journal ‘Security – Police – Citizens’, the monograph ‘Police Authorisations’ by Aleksandar Miladinović, The manual for training the cadets of the Police Academy ‘Array’s rule’ and the Catalogue of curricula.       The head of the Administration for Police Training, Mr Mile Šikman, said that what is published in the journal ‘Security – Police – Citizens’ are scientific and expert papers in the field of criminalistics, security and other fields of science related to performing police tasks.       He pointed out that the aim of the journal is for the police officers, scientific, and expert public to be informed on the most current achievements in these fields, but also for the colleagues to have an opportunity and journal where they can publish their papers.       The author of the monograph ‘Police Authorisations’, Aleksandar Miladinović, said that the book studied police authorisations regulated by the Law on police and internal affairs as the primary law regulating police conduct.       Miladinović pointed out that the monograph was different from others also by the fact it had ethical aspect as an important segment of police officers’ conduct.
