The Republic of Srpska

      Today, in Trebinje, the Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr Darko Ćulum, met with the Director of Uniformed Police Administration of Montenegro, Mr Veselin Veljović.      Directors Ćulum and Veljović confirmed that there is an excellent cooperation between the police structures of the Republic of Srpska and Montenegro in solving current security challenges in the region.               They agreed they should intensify the exchange of operational information and implementation of joint investigations in cases related to criminal offences of organized crime, and improvement of cooperation in prosecuting individuals and detecting groups committing criminal offences on the territory of several countries.      Additionally, the two directors also agreed that regional and international police cooperation is very significant for countering organized crime and therefore arranged for the regular communication between the crime police departments in the two countries.         Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
