The Republic of Srpska

       Systemic fight against corruption is one of priorities of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, and all the subjects of the anti-corruption system are obliged to take the full responsibility for comprehensive and consistent fight against corruption in the Republic of Srpska 2018-2022 – this is the main conclusion of the Round table organised by the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior and the topic is ‘Prevention of corruption in the Ministry of the Interior, the current situation and planned activities’.       The participants of the round table stressed the significance of consistent realisation of the measure for risk management defined in the Integrity plan, whereas the opportunities to be seized for the realisation and meeting the aforementioned needs, the following activities were identified:  strengthening material, technical and human capacities, education with the aim of professional training and specialization of staff in the field of corruption (for both strategic and operational level), the application of new instruments for checking the legality in police officers’ activities, improving cooperation between the police and other relevant institutions in fighting corruption, etc. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
