The Republic of Srpska

       The Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Government, Mr Radovan Višković and the Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Dragan Lukač, attended today the opening ceremony of the new building of Police Station Doboj 1 and Police Station for Traffic Security.        Minister Lukač expressed his satisfaction with the quality of completed works and said that 150 employees would work in the new building. He reminded the public that the building was constructed using the World Bank funds in the amount of BAM 1,800,000 that were donated after the catastrophic floods in Doboj in 2014, when several police buildings were destroyed.         Prime Minister Višković stated that the security of citizens represented the priority of the RS Government, and that the support and assistance provided by the Government to the RS MoI must not be brought to question. The Prime Minister also briefly commented the challenges the RS citizens are currently facing with, such as illegal migrations and terrorism threats, mentioning that for this reason it is necessary to strengthen the capacities of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior.
